Version 1.0.0 Release Candidate 1

This marks the end of all features and known bugfixes for version 1.0.0
of radix_info.  Unless I discover any serious problems (which is
unlikely because of how simple this program is & how much testing I've
done), I will release it as is once the following happen:
- I come up with a proper name for this script
  (or just accept radix_info, in case I really can't think of anything
  good)
- I decide what git service to upload it to
  (this must happen before the release since it decides my Go import
  path, and changing that will be backwards incompatible).

(ok, I might make changes if I complete a full update, testing included,
before these things happen.  Maybe.)
